The reviewed GAS per-user encryption path is prepared, but encrypted account save/load is not accepting manuscripts until independent recovery and read-back are proved. This page does not claim that server storage is active.
Gmail, Microsoft, cloud version consolidation, AI drafting, autonomous Doctor and automatic publishing are not connected here. Those capabilities require their existing identity, consent, cost and recovery checks.
Local Doctor protects startup and reports errors. It never deletes damaged saved data, edits your writing or deploys code.
